             2-1- 1 Texas, a program of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission, helps Texans connect with the services                    they need.

             The Navigate Life Texas website was created for Texas families and parents of children with disabilities or special health-              care needs, and is designed to offer support, inspiration, searchable resources and more.

             The Parent Companion website was created for Texas parents and caregivers of children with diagnosed or suspected                  disabilities from birth through 5 years of age.


             Tarrant Cares is an online information service for individuals, families, caregivers and agencies.


  • Texas Parent to Parent (TxP2P) 
    TxP2P is non-profit organization designed to provide parent-to-parent peer support for families of children with disabilities or chronic health care needs.
